Sensitivity Units for Strategic Environmental Assessment

In order to support decision making in strategic planning processes SUSE pursues the following objectives:
(1) establishing a spatial ‘meta-indicator’ by integrating ecologic, economic, and social aspects (dimensions) and
(2) mapping it using sensitivity units (SensUs) showing the spatial variation and dynamic of impact sensitivity to plans and programmes.
